guerilla games is hardly comparable to what it was when it made the first killzone. after that happened, they were bought by sony and strengthened. killzone: liberation for PSP is awesome and killzone 2 shows an incredible amount of promise.

I did and I thought it was pretty good.

SP was much better than Halo. Graphics were still impressive despite being on PS2 Sure there were times when the LOD was bad, but they did a great job with the PS2 hardware.

The game was actually challenging, I remember actually trying. Unlike many FPS's where I basically blow threw them with no difficult parts (Prey, Quake 4, FEAR, The Darkness.. some recent once that come to mind).

And the levels were sweet, I thought the level design was great.

It was over-hyped, but it still very good IMO.

Overall, the cover mechanic works extremely well, without ever having to switch the gamer into a third-person view as does Ubisoft's Rainbow Six Vegas, and we won't be surprised when we see a number of Guerrilla's peers paying homage to borrowing stealing this idea after they get their hands on it.

I've seen some shots that where it looked better and then some where it looked worse. The main difference I noticed was the CGI had a ton more debris than the game footage.
