Mine was simple. Woke up at 6:15, went out to the garage, did 6 sets of standing one-arm curls, and then 3 sets of hammer curls. Did 20 second Hamstring stretches between all sets. It SUCKS getting up that early but I like getting it out of the way so I can have after work to do whatever the hell I want to.

Gym plan for today

1. Don't waste fuckin money on a bro gym cuz I have free weights and a stationary bike at home.
2. See #1.
3. Use money I would otherwise waste on gym membership for hookers and blow.
4. ...

6. PROFIT!
