what do you recommend for a pocket pistol?

Where I work, we have mostly hippies and liberals coming in. I'm part owner of the place so I can carry if I want to but really really want to avoid anything that has the chance of popping out of jeans and a t-shirt, esp considering there is a lot of manaul labor involved and scare away customers.

I like the Taurus TCP because the slide locks open on last round, but it is a bit longer than the lcp/p3at.

I'd like to get the lcp but I own too many rugers as it is and would like to spread the wealth around?

are the p3at's that shitty that EVERYONE and their mother traded them in for lcp's like 3 years ago?

Also, I know 32acp is a shitty round, but I'm considering the keltec 32 simply for the price.

give me some other recs.

S&W Airweight 38 special. I have one for sale if you end up liking it. I like it a lot for carry, but I already have 2 other carry guns. I bought this off a friend who needed money quickly, with the intentions of selling it since I don't need it. Perfectly fine gun, only seen about 100 rounds at most.

The kahrs are nice if you get a good one. They are hit or miss as of the last 5 years. The ruger LC9 is real popular now. If it were me I'd go with the Sig 238.

Honestly, the LCP is a good bet. I wouldnt worry about the slide locking open on the last round, this isnt going to be a range gun, and ruger reliability/customer service is USUALLY more favorable than Taurus.

Sig makes a nice 380 as well, the P238, but to me its got a bit too much going on (sights stick out, slide release larger than LCP). Plus, its single action, so you have to either carry it cocked and locked or practice pulling the hammer on the draw.

colt new agent is meh. The trench sight takes waaay too much time to get used to. And its too heavy to make a good pocket gun. I carry my astra cub over my new agent. Although my new agent is always close by.
