You can make a quick and easy sauce yourself, I'm not sure how it translates to carbs but it doesn't have added sugar... sautee up some minced garlic in some olive oil (can you use olive oil?) then add a can of crushed tomatoes, heat that for about a minute, add 1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese and I add about 1Tb of dried sweet basil, heat till it bubbles and it's really good. I use it on chicken w/cheese to make a ghetto style chicken parm-ish type dish.
